All orders will ship within 1 - 2 business days after being placed. Please note we are closed on all major holidays and orders will not ship on these days.

International Shipping: Flat Rate shipping for $15.

International Shipments: Please allow 4-6 weeks for International delivery. If not received within 6 weeks please reach out at hello@baxterandbonny.com so we can try to help you. Please note we are not responsible for the package once shipped. While we will do our best to help locate your package, please note, and take into consideration when purchasing, that once the package leaves the US we are no longer able to provide any updates so please be sure to contact your local post for the whereabouts of your package. If your package is unable to be delivered or refused upon delivery then we will refund the total, minus shipping and any postage return fees, to you once we have received the product. Please be sure to follow the tracking and arrange for any delivery/pick up needs accordingly to avoid any issues.

*Please note for international buyers that taxes and duties (VAT) are the buyers responsibility.

Problem with your order or
would like to return?

Please e-mail us at hello@baxterandbonny.com if your item arrives damaged or is incorrect and we will process a return (if applicable) or exchange for you. Please note you must alert us of any damaged product within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible to receive a replacement or refund.  

We accept returns for a full refund within 5 days of receipt on full price items, for US only, all international orders are final sale. Please e-mail with your order number to request a return label.  Please note the item(s) needs to be returned or scanned for shipping within 5 days of receiving the return label. Product must be received back in original packaging including all items sent with the product (case + cleaning cloth) for a full refund.  All international purchases are final sale. Please note if your item is refused or has been returned back to us, we will refund for the product upon receipt, minus shipping charge and postage back to us, which will be subtracted from the refund. All items bought with a discount code, during a flash sale, or on sale are all final sale, only full price merchandise is eligible for return.
